Progress on the shell
29 May 2022
Progress continues on the exterior shell of the building. The walls of the office, staff and vet accommodation are well developed and you can now start to see the kennels themselves taking shape.
The back walls of the storage areas and puppy pens are now visible, together with some of the large dog kennels. You can begin to see that the all the kennels will have a cosy sleeping space at the back and an open area at the front. There will be solid walls between each of the kennels to prevent the dogs in one area being distracted by others.
While there are a few single occupancy kennels for the large dogs, all the others are designed to house more than one guest, depending of course on how they get on with each other! The largest pens have a large communal front area and a number of separate sleeping areas at the back.
